Nestled on 70 acres in Old Chatham, New York, Maison Monna is a property recently restored from pristine 1796 foundations. Rappold was hired to lead the property’s core renovation and restoration efforts in order to present a blank canvas for furthered decoration efforts by separate collaborations.

CAD Drawings for Architectural and Custom Furniture purposes, Refinished and Restored hemlock floors throughout the main house. Remodel of the Back Porch, Widened doorways & Refinished trim work throughout. New paint and general surface finishing throughout. Demo and Relocation of bathroom and Kitchen plumbing, gas and electrical. Rerouted wiring and electrical outlets throughout to suit a modernized Electrical Plan.
